My usual.
Btw, my usual consists of...
First and third lobe piercing -- pearls
Second lobe pierced -- this half pearl half diamond earring.
All cartilage piercings -- diamondish earrings.
Belly button -- Dangling swirly belly button ring. haha
Spirl Toe ring.
