We have so many weight sets at home, and a gym in the basement, but only my brother and dad use them.

i lifted w/ weights for football, but for wrestling we did what we called combat training witch where u just lift ur body or a buddy. and i felt a lot stronger after combat training.

I do weights at the gym mainly for legs & torso. At jazzercise I did arm weights
