Don't take them, I just eat the food to get them - it's the lazy option!

No, I prefer to do it naturally and eat the food that supplies vitamins. The latest research into vitamin supplements shows that it can actually be detrimental to your health.

most of the vitamins in a vitamin pills you take just get peed(is that right how do the past tense of pee?) out anyway. but they really can't hurt just make sure you dont get too much of the fat soulible vitamins they can build up and become toxic. oh ya the other day i read somewhere that takeing a fish oil supplment can increse ur iq up to 4%. so i started takeing those.

I've taken all kinds of vitamins over the years, thanks to my parents lol. I take vitamin D, to help with the lack of sunshine in winter months and to help with depression, I take grapeseed extract (I forget what for), vitamin E for all kinds of things, and B6 as well.
