Exercise regularly Get at least 8 hours sleep a night Try not to get stressed Drink LOADS of water (at least 2 litres, about 4 pint glasses) Have a healthy balanced diet Get your five a day of fruit and vegetables, and your 3 a day of cheese, milk and yoghurt Be happy
