I'm starting to see a lot of the newer model cars with their headlights on during the day. It's quite annoying.

You know what, I noticed that today.
And it's bad enough that they're on, but they're the blue ones that like blind people badly. Or at least me.

XEON lights or whatever they're called, those are brutal to have behind you, why do they have them on during the day? Simply because it is illegal now days to have lights on cars that are not automatically on, because say your in a tunnel this prevents a slight accident..although I like older cars where you can turn your lights off completely so at night your SUPER STEALTH  |

I love my car because they go automatically on and off. It's the best thing ever.
It's also illegal to have your wipers going without your lights on.
And it's illegal to be driving while it's raining or snowing without your headlights on.

We don't have that, we have to manually turn ours on. Our tunnels are light up too, so we only need them in fog/mist/dark/snow/heavy rain

My dad's new car automatically turns headlights on from what he's told us. I'm always forgetting to turn mine off when I park up so my car batter's slowly dying!

My car beeps if i leave the lights on. I'm scared the wreck will die on me so i usually remember. Can't wait to get my own car and stop using my dad's old one.

Mine beeps but I've grown so used to it I kinda ignore it now  Haha same, can't wait to get my own car, but no point til I'm done with uni seeing as though I'll be broke! |

They got my brother a nice car, it's only right i get one too. My dad would pay for everything after my aunt bought the car. haha

True, can't be showing favouritism! We don't have space for a 3rd car on the drive and the street's too busy to find spaces usually. Solution is for us to move to the country, or away from London, just so I can have a new car haha

yea my lights automatically turn on when my truck is runnin and when i turn my truck off they turn off. its somethin i dont have to worry about anymore forgettin to turn them off

My dad's new car turns the headlights on and off automatically depending on how light it is outside. The beam is also automatic so it goes off when there's another car approaching on a country road for example. Very clever system!

Causes problems when driving on the continent though, we had a few near misses in France when before we put deflectors on the lights so poor French drivers couldn't see a thing coming towards us |
