why is it 21 to drink, i mean come on...its 18/19 in Canada and Germany its 16..let's go with 17 to be fair besides by the time your 17 you've probably been drunk.

It just happens to be the name of the board for the 21 and older group to discuss their topics. Because the drinking age varies, "Happy Hour" is about drinking and partying at any age.
