What do you think of people talking on their cell phone while they drive? Should there be a law near you to ban this?

Yes, it's a problem, but I believe texting while driving is a bigger problem.

I am guilty of texting and driving. But I ONLY TEXT while I'm at a STOP light.

There is a law and you're supposed to have hands-free, but no one enforces it. Even the cops drive with their phones to their ear. My dad uses his blue tooth whenever he's driving though.
There should be a law, because not everyone is skilled at driving with one hand, but there are a lot of other things that are distracting to drivers.

We have it banned here, and the ban has worked to an extent. I see a lot less drivers talking on their phones now. YOu have to use handsfree

I don't think there is a law in Ohio.. Every other car you pass is someone on a cell phone.

You wouldn't know there was a law here either if you saw all the drivers with their phones.

I think here all teens can't use their cellphone in the car and I think only adults can use the bluetooth not sure though.
It definitely is a problem, but I am guilty too. Mostly with the texting.

Its a problem, with texting forsure that is more dangerous than talking, I text a little bit and let me tell you I am amazed I havn't been in an accident yet for it. Should be banned, and only hands free or putting your phone on speaker phone is a good idea.

I think you should only be allowed to talk on the phone if you have a hands free device and you should not be allowed to text and drive at all

Some woman on her phone almost went into the back of me yesterday night but the ban's generally working here. I tried once with loudspeaker and just couldn't drive and talk
