And for those of you who don't know what it is, affirmative action is policies designed to give special attention to members of some previously disadvantaged group.

I don't think there is anymore. It just causes a lot of problems and bad feelings toward the group that is believed to be favored.

I gt the reasons for it, but it doesn't do any good, other groups get pushed out and as Dee said there's bad feelings towards the focus group
