I'd rather smoke than do drugs. I don't like them at all and I don't think there is anything good bout 'em.

Drugs are messed up. I know they're addicting, but why do them in the first place.

No to drugs. I like to keep the little bit of mind that I have. When i came back here to NY, I was surprised that they had put regular cold medicine behind the counter because kids were drinking cough medicine trying to get high.

Kids can get high off of anything. I've noticed that single Sharpies at like Michael's or Jo-Anns now have the lid taped to them and all this stuff. It used to never be that way.

Im not really sure about this.
On one hand people should be allowed to do whatever they want, seeing as it is their own life that they are ruining But on the other hand it can cause problems, and it should be avoided as much as possible.

I'd never, ever go there. My parents educated me from a young age about the consequences of drugs, but still let me have the decision of experimenting if I wanted to (without saying that they'd be less than happy if I did!). I'm glad they did it that way, because I haven't got the stupid teenager rebellion complex, and I am fully aware about the effects of drug use, so I will never try them. The only time when drugs can be validated is in medicine.

My parents did all that too, and told me that if they found out I'd tried them out once they'd be fine because at least I'd know that I didn't like it but if I became a regular user I'd have to find a new home. They both know what I've tried and I think they were more relieve when I said I'd tried it than if I'd gone this far in life without trying. There's a greater danger of me messing up my life later on if I suddenly start to use drugs then
