225 last time i tried last year..pitchers dont really do bench presses bc it puts alot of stress on the shoulder

Most I ever did was 225, but I was more built then.
Now I'm a skinny person who never works out.

the most impressive bench i did was wail i was wrestling i benched 215 and weighed 150
