How often do you fill up your tank? How much does it cost? What do you use?

Ughhh.. Gas Prices are outrageous. Luckily my mom pays for the gas. But gas is around like $3.45 over here.. I don't fill up too often. Between my mom driving 10 minutes down the road for work and the driving I do, which varies, usually like once every 2 weeks.

You guys in the UK get hammered though over here in Canada
It Costs me about 40 bucks to fill up the tank
Gas is pretty high going at 1.25/Litre for Unleaded Gas at 87 Octane MY benz takes the highest grade of gas you can buy so it costs me sometimes a 100 bucks to fill the tank, I don't drive that car much now because of how high gas is.

It's just hit £5 a gallon and there's strikes so there's also a shortage of petrol now

I don't really understand why in the UK you use gallons if your using the Metric System ? Why can't we all use one global system it'd be so much easier.

Why can't we all use one global system it'd be so much easier. Cos the USMA can't get their way in the US. Haha.

We use both systems, and they even took it to the European Court Of Justice to get the right to use both! The generation that is my parents will be the last to use the old system, my generation will only use metric not imperial so it is a dying usage

Metric appears to be so much easier.

Metric is easier because everything generally goes in ten's the only problem is Canada uses a mixed system, I wish we stayed imperial only because of the American's staying Imperial since we trade so much with our good friends down south. However I don't expect 300,000 Million Americans to ever approve of using the Metric system at all.

About $3.50 here, and that's a bargain. My brother spends $50, a week for gas. My dad uses his old car for the train station and his SUV on the weekends. For both he pays about $50 a week.

Jeez, I know! We went up to about 4.09 here. I'm just glad (for now) that I don't have a car that takes premium gas.
